4. Test with Users

5. Iterate & Refine

Cycle of continuous feedback.


Involving Users in the Design Process 

Methods for involvement: Surveys, interviews, usability testing, A/B testing...

Benefits: Gaining direct insights, reducing guesswork, improving relevance.
